Due to the size of our company we do not give on site estimates for gutter cleaning. To alleviate this issue for you we have our pricing system below . This page is designed to give you a ballpark idea of what you can expect to pay. The starting price is a low end estimate and depending on how well your gutters are maintained and the design of your home the high end estimate could be $10 or maybe even $20 higher. The philosophy behind our pricing is simple; the more work we have the more the job will cost. We strive to keep our rates reasonable and our customers happy.
BASIC SERVICE PRICES
Average Town Homes (up to 60 feet of gutter) start at $45
| Average Single Family Homes (up to 120 feet of gutter) start at $70 |

XL Homes with over 200 feet of gutters start at $1.25 per foot
EXTRA FEES (ONLY WHEN THERE IS EXTRA WORK) STEEP ROOF If the roof is to steep to walk on there is a $5 charge for every time the ladder is moved more than 10 feet. click here for more information on roof pitch Example of this charge **For a standard townhome that is about 30 feet wide with gutters in the front and rear the ladder will have to be moved twice in front, once to go around the back of the house and twice in the rear of the house resulting in an additional $15.** Excessive debris (above 4 gallons on Townhome, 8 gallons on SFH, 16 on Large SFH) is $2 per gallon. HIGH ROOF If roof is 3 stories high, a 40 ft ladder is needed. There will be an extra charge of $20. GUTTER SCREENS ALREADY IN PLACE Although most times gutter screens can stay on during cleaning, some screens need to be removed due to excessive debris under them that a hose can not take care of. When removal of screens is needed there is a $1 charge per screen removed. TRAVEL CHARGE Due to the increasing costs of fuel, jobs over 10 miles are charged $5 and jobs over 20 miles are charged $10. DOWNSPOUT EXCESSIVELY CLOGGED Every once in a while a downspout takes quite a bit of time to get unclogged. If it takes more than 5-10 minutes to get a downspout cleared, a charge of $5 will be added to your bill. FEES FOR OTHER SERVICES Wash a standard size sky light- $10 per window with gutter cleaning Install Flood light lightbulb- $5 with gutter cleaning (customer provides lightbulb) Gutter screen installation- $2.25 per linear foot Gutter Sealant - $10/gutter
